Security deposit
To stimulate our tenants to leave the house the way they encountered it, we ask a security deposit of € 200. Obviously we assume we will find our house in the same state as we left it. In this case, we will fully pay back the deposit.
General
The day of arrival (from 17.00 hours) and day of departure (at the latest 10.00 hours) are Saturday. If you wish to make use of another arrival or departure day, please contact us. If possible, we will attempt to meet your wishes.
Smoking is prohibited.
*not included: cleaning up kitchen, removal of bed linens, tidying up and taking out garbage, please sweep the floors at departure.
